Summary: My stay was comfortable, but due to regulations, the windows could only open 6 inches. I came on the hottest weekend of the year and the room was 25 degrees at night without a breeze. I have suggested a fan for such nights in the future. This was a lovely stay and Richard is very helpful. I can recomment this B&B to anyone who is looking for a close to the centre/beach holiday in Cromer. I would hope to return again. Thank you Richard.
