Positive: Clean, modern and comfortable home.
Negative: Was not advised that the home was directly under airline flight path. Noise from planes were loud. No instruction on how to operate heating/cooling except we could not go below or above 72ยฐ. So we thought it was set at that temperature. So the first few days we are trying to figure it out and froze since it was set at 63ยฐ. Casitas did not have enough air conditioning to keep the room comfortable at 72ยฐ. WiFi was slow and inadequate for streaming.
Summary: All those items were an inconvenience, but did not detract from the overall enjoyment of the home and surroundings.
