Complete remodel in November 2020, Beautifully designed contemporary villa in the middle of the rainforest with spectacular views from this exquisite two-story tropical vacation home, ideal for nature lovers looking for a secluded space that is only a 10 minutes drive to the nearest beach. Located in a private gated-community 2km away from the highway, the perfect uncrowded location, only 17 minutes from Dominical, and 30 minutes from Manuel Antonio National park. Are you ready to explore the south pacific region of Costa Rica?
It features spacious terraces and balconies, an infinity pool with a huge sun deck, outdoor living spaces, Wi Fi, a full kitchen, satellite TV, and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom on the 2nd floor comes with a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning, and a partial ocean view. The other two bedrooms are downstairs and share a large bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and air-conditioning; the other has 2 bunk beds, one with a lower double bed, and air-conditioning. Complying with the Health Department protocols

Summary: Peaceful is the word that comes to mind. Property is well designed, well maintained and property managers were very communicative with any questions we had. Wifi was great. Definitely need a 4x4 to get to location. It’s remote and isolated so, just be aware. Many grocery stores in the area to stock up pantry. 50 bird species identités during our stay. Butterflies a plenty. Great access (by vehicle ) to beaches with macaws, sloths. Highly recommend for those looking to just get away
