Summary: The house was in a great location. The next door neighbor was a pain in the butt. The home is pet friendly, however, my dog barked a few times when someone walked by. We were there and it was in the middles of the day. He called the association and complained. Then they called us a threatened to call the owner. The barking went on for about a minute a few times.
