Welcome to Pine Brook in Glen Haven. Located near a river, surrounded by nature, quiet and gorgeous with a complete remodel. Available for 30 day or longer stays, this long term vacation rental is the perfect spot to enjoy the mountains, yet be 10 minutes from Estes Park. On the main floor of the cabin you will find a gorgeous open concept kitchen and living area. The kitchen is equipped for meal preparation while enjoying conversation with guests. Sit by the fire in the living room and enjoy a good book, your favorite movie and don't forget the hot cocoa! The dining table easily seats six for dinner but also for work or play. Or step outside onto the deck and enjoy the surrounding views. Also on the main floor is a King bedroom and a full bathroom. The main floor bathroom has a gorgeous shower, and a free standing soaking tub.Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom with a queen bed, the other with two twins. The upstairs bathroom has a shower. The garage opens into a lower level mud room, with stairs leading up to the main floor. There is also an upper level entry for those that cannot do stairs.Pine Brook is cozy and comfortable with all of the updated amenities you could want in a vacation rental. Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made.
