Summary: It’s a great concept but if you’re expecting a normal hotel you will be surprised. It’s a self checkin using a code sent via email. When I arrived I didn’t know this. There is no TV. There are no humans to be seen. I actually thought that I was the only person in the building. It’s a nice room and I might stay there again but let me warn you…the pillows are there for decoration. No human can possibly get a good night’s sleep on the GIANT pillows! I asked for a different pillow and no answer for 24 hours and then no help.
