Situated half way between the beaches of Dunsborough and Yallingup and only a short drive to the popular wineries, Popeyes Patch will have you unwinding and relaxing as you fit in to the southwest atmosphere.

If you are looking for somewhere with ample space Popeyes is perfect for large groups of people.
With the huge fully fenced 5 acre property there is plenty of room for boats and cars.

The open plan kitchen is modern and new and features 900 mm oven, and stainless steel appliances. and the dining room offers a large 12 seater dining table to seat everybody together or open up the double glass sliding doors to the huge covered alfresco area at the front of the house where you can cook on your 4 burner gas BBQ.

The kitchen, dining and living areas are climate controlled with reverse cycle air conditioning or if you prefer there is a large fan forced combustion wood fire to give the house that beautiful warmth and atmosphere.

The six bedrooms all feature queen size beds with electric blankets if you so desire.

There is a 46" digital LCD TV with DVD player, stereo system CD player and there's a separate kids activity play room, adjacent to the main lounge.

The bird life is amazing....so much variety.....blue wrens, 28's, the wonderful black cockatoos, and rosellas. Kangaroos graze in the paddocks.

Although we can't hold weddings at the property, this is a great place for extra guests to stay when your having your wedding.

Linen for 6 queen beds and 2 singles, as well as bath towels, bath mats and face washers, tea towels and oven mitt etc are all included in the price.

We had 11 people staying here plus a newborn baby and it was perfect. Enough room for everyone plus bathrooms and toliets. We had a wedding in yallingupbrooke and the location was ideal. I would definitely stay at this property again

Fabulous get away December 27, 2016

We stayed here with family visiting from uk the week before Christmas and had a wonderful time. The house is split symmetrically so both families had their own half of the house and would eat, socialise in kitchen and living spaces. The house is well equipped and close to Dunsborough centre yet has the feeling of being in the bush.... where we enjoyed Roo spotting at dusk with the kids.
