WHAT WE PROVIDE:
We offer free WiFi to our guests and laundry. Our house will be stocked with most of what you need for your stay. Bring your clothes and your toiletries, and just about anything else you need will be here!

All bedding (linens, blankets, pillows)
Iron, Ironing board, Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body soap, Hand soap, Hair dryer
FOOD: Food is NOT included.
KITCHEN USE: You are welcome to use the kitchen to prepare your food. We will give a designated place for you to keep your stuff.
Our kitchen comes fully equipped with the basics to cook and enjoy most meals. This includes: Salt and pepper, Pots and pans, Glasses, Mugs, Silverware, Dishes, Kettle, Toaster
We also provide a starter supply of the following items:
Laundry machines, Laundry detergent, Dishwasher detergent, Toilet paper, Paper towels, Trash bags.
HEATING AND COOLING:
Heating: We have central heating throughout the house. If your room is cold we can provide an extra portable heater.
Please note that we require our guests to pay 25% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com). We accept Paypal, Wise or direct deposits.
Check-out time: 11 AM (yes, you can leave your luggage till the evening if necessary)
Check-in: after 3 PM (if you arrive earlier - let us know, we may be able to check you in before if the room is free)
