Our beautiful home is located on a private peninsula so you have water views on both sides. Whether you sit on the deck, dock or float all have plenty of space to spread out! close to everything! We're on a quiet culdesac. Main Channel and wide cove views. Perfect location for family activities. Short 10 min boat ride to the entertainment center of the lake (Halesford Bridge) yet located above the bridge so boat traffic is not as intense. Deep water, floating dock, Easy walk to the water, Bonfire pit, lots of movies, grill, sunrise views on water side. Nonsmoking, hardwood, close to the water, views of water in front and back. ice cream boat comes by daily, private peninsula with wide water views on both sides . Enjoy family time, cook out, host a bonfire, sit on the dock under the stars!

Summary: This was our family vacation and we traveled from a few different locations to meet at Smith Mountain Lake. We found the house spacious and comfortable. Almost cabin like. Could use a good deep cleaning inside & out. But I think that can come with a home away from home That’s not occupied full-time. Love the convenient location to an adorable general store as well as groceries, shops, restaurants & the marina. The downstairs area is great for games and movies. A Perfect separate space for kids and teens. A Well stocked home, made our vacation easy and relaxing. Loved having outside seating areas to enjoy and the doc (Where we spent most of our time). Had fun kayaking and using the water toys provided by the owners. We Try our hand at fishing with not much luck, but enjoyed being outdoors anyways. We did rent a pontoon boat from the marina and had a fabulous day on the lake, cruising and tubing. The owners were easy to communicate with, and were available for our questions. We enjoyed our stay, And hope to visit again.
