Positive: Tanya was an incredible host, and truly thought of everything. She met us upon check in to explain everything, and was always available via text to answer a question. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The whole house was exceptionally clean. There is AC in a few rooms in the house, chargers everywhere (although we couldn't figure out how to use them), and even random items available for use like puzzles and umbrellas. It was so comfortable, had tons of natural light, and the beach is right there. We will absolutely be back.
Negative: Cons: that I couldn't stay and live there forever! Literally the only suggestion I would make is to maybe have a beach umbrella available for guest use. (There are already rain umbrellas, of course, because she's thought of everything! :)! )
Summary: One of the best home stays I have ever experienced.
