Positive: Other than the initial delay in entering the property, everything else was quite nice. Comfortable apartment, great pool area, beach right in front with a long boardwalk. There are plenty of eateries in the surroundings within walking distance.
Negative: When we were en route to the property, I called the owner because I had not received any updates on how to enter the building. Upon answering, the owner sounded surprised and admitted she was not aware of our arrival. She told me that she was going to contact the local person in charge and sort everything out. Then I was told to call the local lady and agree with her on the delivery of the keys. Unfortunately, we had to wait for over an hour for the apartment to be cleaned, and because of the rush, it was not done properly. The owner did offer an extra night to remedy the oversight. Another aspect that was a bit bothersome is the construction that is ongoing right in front of the apartment balcony. It is not close, but anyway it moves quite a bit of dust at times.
