Two (2) main-floor guest rooms with double-beds and bathroom
Lower-level master with family room area and bathroom
Top-floor bunk room with five (5) single beds adjacent to pool table and TV room
Back yard is secluded with acreage, forest areas, and a Bullfrog 8-person hot tub/spa to relax after a long day on the slopes or on the golf course. Fire pit and picnic tables. Weber propane grill for cooking out.
Convenient location only 15 mins from Fraser Safeway and shops, Winter Park mountain, Granby Ranch ski area, YMCA Snow Mountain horseback riding, Grand Lake boating/fishing and kayaking.
