Stay in the airy geodesic dome, modern guesthouse or hangout in our two themed trailers styled by local muralists and get your perfect Insta*gram shot or maybe youโd rather sway in the hammock tree, cool down in the pool (can be heated), meditate on the shaded yoga platform, conversate around the fire pit, or soak in the hot tub as you gaze up at a spray of stars.

โข PETS:
Pre-screened Dogs are welcomed for an additional fee of $125 and the host's approval prior to the start of your booking. Two (2) Dogs max. They must be house trained, stay out of the pool, off the furniture and bedding and never left unattended in the house or structures unless crated. It is at the owner's discretion to deny hosting dog(s) and determining if the dog is a good fit for the property. Only dogs are allowed, no other pets are welcome.
โข PRICING:
Please make sure your entire party including infants are registered in your booking regardless of the duration of the guest's stay. After 8 guests, additional guest fees will apply.
DAY GUESTS:
Host's Pre-approval is required for Day Guests use of the property. A Day Guests fee of $75 will be applied and arrangements made with the host. Day guest hours are 10am to 9pm.

Please inquire as there is an additional charge to heat the pool and advanced notice requirements. The pool heating can be seasonal and subject to weather conditions for availability. The host cannot guarantee pool heating is available during your stay as its weather dependent.

The pool and hot tub are cleaned twice a week, typically on Mondays and Fridays.

There is a pool on the property. NO LIFEGUARD WILL BE ON DUTY. Adult supervision is required for anyone under the age of 14. No glass is allowed near the pool. No diving into the pool. No intoxicated persons may use the pool.
Since we are in the high desert, potentially hazardous, dangerous, and poisonous animals could be on the property. Please watch your steps while walking around the property for snakes, scorpions, and other animals.
The local noise ordinance does not allow outside noise after 9pm. The neighborhood provides a quite stay for our guests and in return we offer the same for our neighbors.
A propane tank is provided for guest's use of the BBQ and fire pit. Additional propane can be purchased by the guest at local markets and gas stations.
