This well kept and newly decorated cottage with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom is well situated in a quiet neighbourhood with views of the Indian River. Located in the heart of Port Carling it is only minutes away from the residential beach with shallow sandy shores where you can swim or easily launch a kayak or canoe. It is a 5 minute walk to Hanna Park which features a basketball court, swings, playground, sandy beach, farmer’s market every Thursday and boat launch. Stroll a little further into town pass the locks to enjoy restaurants, shops, and other local attractions.
The fresh & fun décor in this 1000sq foot cottage will instantly put you in a holiday mood. It has an open concept kitchen and living area in a single story space with a beautiful large deck overlooking the river. The large sundeck is a great space for entertaining with ample seating for your family and guests.
