Local and express buses to NYC are 2 minutes from the studio. The studio is a 30 minute train ride to Brighton Beach, 20 minute ride to historical Coney Island beach and 20 minute car ride to Riis Park Beach. JFK airport is 30 minutes away.
The studio has lots of closet and drawer space, and access to a beautiful garden. Kitchen is fully stocked and includes a microwave, refrigerator, stove, coffee-maker and toaster. Studio is within walking distance to local restaurants, banks, pharmacy, grocery stores, gyms, parks, playgrounds and a beautiful 3 mile long ocean promenade overlooking the Verrazano Bridge.
