Positive: The location and views were fantastic! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, bowls, etc. and had some spices as well. I had no issue with the wifi and had strong signal when I used it, including one afternoon of video calls for work. I thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet during my stay, including the babbling of the small stream on the side of the house. The best part was communication with the host, Katherine. She was very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. She checked in regarding weather to make sure I was comfortable, but was never intrusive.
Negative: Nothing. However, one thing to mention not related to the house itself. There is no cell tower service at the house. Wifi calling and texting on the wifi connection was great with no problems, but it took some time to initially figure out why I couldn't connect after the first night I arrived. I had to change my Emergency 911 address in my cell phone account profile in order to connect to the wifi calling. It was a bit tricky because my provider insisted on texting a code in order to verify it was me logging into my account. I suggest changing the emergency address prior to arriving if you have 2 step identification set on your account.
