Our beautiful converted 3200 square foot guest barn offers magnificent mountain and valley views, sunsets, peace and tranquility. Never miss the sunset from the great room and flagstone deck. The inviting great room has a large dining table with 10 chairs and opens up to a deck with Adirondack chairs and a weber BBQ. There is a bonus room with a ping pong table and a utility room with a washer and dryer. Upstairs are four large bedrooms, two with mountain views and two facing a small apple orchard, along with two full bathrooms.
In the heart of the Lake Sunapee region, the home is close to many of the area's lakes, ski mountains, hiking trails and restaurants. The property is located 5 minutes from the charming town of New London and the New London Barn Playhouse, the oldest continuously operating summer theater in New Hampshire.
