Summary: The condo was clean. Sheets and linens were clean and updated. We cooked most of our meals at the condo and were able to with the stocked kitchen. The owner, Matt, communicates with you if you have any questions which is super helpful. I almost gave a 4 star review because the photos for the listing do not depict the current state of the beach due to the storms that have hit the area. If booking in the future, the condo is great and Matthew is very helpful, however the beach are is completely different than the pictures in the listing.
