During the day you will most likely catch a glimpse of the many Bald Eagles nesting near by, and at night you can enjoy the Milky Way, meteor showers and shooting stars. Moor your boat off our private dock*, fish, explore the lake on paddle boards, or relax around the fire pit.
During your stay head out to one of the many local micro-breweries, outdoor cafes, antique shops and much more! Only 13 miles away is the historic village of Cooperstown. Cooperstown's picture perfect Main Street has many restaurants, shops, pubs and cafes and, anchoring it all is the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum. Catch a game at Doubleday Field, a baseball stadium heralded as the "birthplace of baseball." From Main Street you are a three-minute walk to the shores of one of Upstate New York's prettiest lakes (aside from Lake Canadarago!) Otsego Lake. Cooperstown always hits a home run on any list of the best Main Streets in Upstate New York.
