Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: This property is perfectly located for access to the Pinellas trail and all the Dunedin breweries. We were just staying overnight so we could visit the breweries and just walk everywhere. Parking was ample. We stayed in one of the rooms not the cottages.. The shared. Lounge was very nicely done.
Negative: The bed was pretty bad. Mattress felt lumpy , crackly and uneven so we the occupants rolled to the center of the bed making for cramped quarters. For one night it was okay , but it seriously needs to be replaced.
