Positive: This is an extremely well equipped apartment with a lovely outdoor dining and seating area with a beautiful view of Friar's Bay Beach. The hosts even provided everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach -- 2 folding chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, floats, and an inflatable stand up paddle board. It is very easy to cook full meals as the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, kettle, coffee maker, hand mixer, toaster, electric skillet, full size refrigerator and best of all a wine fridge. Everything is new and the apartment was very clean upon arrival. It would be very helpful to have a car while staying at this property. We would not hesitate to book this property again! The only thing confusing on the listing is the "front desk/concierge service" on the property. This unit is one of 9 privately owned condos and there is no "front desk" or any type of employee on the property. The property is located in a gated community, so be sure to have the check in instructions with you to have the codes to open both gates to get to the property by car.
