Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Most reception staff always were friendly and helpful. Location was good. Room was nice and spacious, nice balcony with a good view.
Negative: Disappointed that you advertised a swimming pool, but it had no water in it! We wanted to swim, but couldn’t! Staff in the restaurant were not particularly friendly. Tiling grout in bathroom needs a good scrub and cleaners in it, lets down the cleanliness of the bathroom.
