Positive: This Tiny House is new and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities for a week's stay. Fully equipped with Keurig machine (and coffee pods), toaster, blender, full set of new pots, pans, & utensils, down to sandwich bags and aluminum foil. The air conditioning works very well, and there are separate controls for the bedroom and living room. The tiny houses are in a mobile home park in central Sarasota, on the banks of the Phillippi River. We enjoyed walking around the place, and were treated to wildlife along the river, including alligators, herons, ducks, parrots, and a bald eagle. They have loaner kayaks which I used to explore the river. There are also shuffleboard courts where people from the local Amish community hold almost-daily tournaments. Our hostess couldn't have been nicer.

Summary: New and spotless tiny house with all amenities and so much nicer than a hotel "suite".
