L’appartement est idéalement situé au quartier Hivernage à deux pas de la gare routière (CTM), à 5 minutes à pied de la gare ferroviaire, à 5 minutes en voiture de l’aéroport, à 3 minutes à pied du fameux boulevard Mohamed VI (balade très agréable à pied), à 5 minutes à pied de la nouvelle attraction de Marrakech la M AVENUE, à 10 minutes à pied des célèbres jardins de la Ménara avec leur bassin historique, à 10 minutes à pied de la plaza et du CARRE EDEN au cœur de Guéliz (le centre moderne de Marrakech) et à 15 minutes en voiture de la célèbre place Jamaa El Fna et de la médina de Marrakech. Une multitude de restaurants de spécialités différentes et à des prix pour toutes les bourses est à proximité.
Se déplacer
Comme il fait pratiquement beau tout le temps à Marrakech, il est préférable de se déplacer à pied pour profiter au mieux de la luminosité exceptionnelle de cette ville envoutante.
Sinon, des "PETITS TAXIS" très pratiques et pas chers pullulent dans la ville. Mais, il faut exiger de faire fonctionner le compteur ou bien marchander le prix de la course avant de démarrer (à titre indicatif 1 à 3 euros respectivement pour des trajets de 2 à 7km). Une station de petit taxi est située devant la CTM à 50 mètres de l'appartement.
Pour l'aéroport, nous pouvons assurer le transport pour 20 euros aller retour à condition de le demander avec la réservation. Vous pouvez aussi appeler un "TAXI VERT" , prix par course: 75 dirhams (approx. 7,5 euros).
Une balade en calèche est également agréable pour découvrir Marrakech.
