The immediate area is mainly residential, but Hammersmith, a short walk away, brings you within easy reach of the centre of London via its excellent tube access (the Piccadilly Line taking you directly to the West End in around 15 minutes and District Line to Westminster and the Houses of Parliament), together with plenty of local shops and restaurants in Hammersmith itself.

Direct bus routes also take you to Kensington High Street in minutes. And London’s award-winning Riverside Studios complex (cinemas/live theatre/art installations) is a 3-minute walk from the flat, as are the sophisticated riverside restaurants of Fulham Reach.
