Negative: The apartment was very cold but luckily there were reverse cycle AC's in all rooms. There does not appear to be any soundproofing in walls etc and it was very noisy when someone was upstairs and echoed. The shower screens just need a cushioning rubber to protect it when closing as it just bangs and we were scared it was going to break.

Summary: Beautiful, modern, spacious, clean, very with all the comforts of home.
