Positive: WOW! This accommodation is everything advertised and more! We wanted a special place to experience privacy, indoor and outdoor baths and traditional Kyoto architecture. The beds were very comfortable, Sam is an informative, kind and attentive host, and the property was everything I dreamed of. I made sure to come home during the day while in Kyoto just to experience the beautiful ambience of the home. Highly recommend if you have ever dreamed of sitting in a beautiful bath outside while enjoying a stunning and history filled garden and house.
Summary: Outstanding stay! Can't wait to experience it again one day.
