Located in the soundside boating community of Old Nags Head Cove, The Watsons is truly a waterman's paradise! This unique property is situated on a canalfront lot where you can launch kayaks and paddleboards right from your backyard. Have a larger vessel in mind? You can even bring your boat! Use the nearby community boat ramp (nominal fee) and dock right behind the house using the private boat dock. The canal leads directly out to the Roanoke Sound for fishing, crabbing, clamming or just cruising. With a fish cleaning station, grill, and picnic table back at the house, you'll have everything you need on the ground level to prepare your own seafood dinners.
When you arrive, skip the stairs and use the elevator to send up your luggage and groceries. Inside, you'll come home to an open-concept great room where you can kick back and relax after a day at the beach. Get dinner started in the fully stocked kitchen or grab a cold beverage to enjoy on the waterfront deck at sunset. The sun room offers abundant natural light and is furnished with a pull-out sofa for alternative sleeping arrangements. The first queen bedroom is located just off the living area along with access to the first full bath.
