Positive: Location.

Negative: Apartment was not clean upon arrival - bed sheets had not been changed, towels were on the ground. I received many messages from the host with instructions and indications, all to arrive to an apartment that was not clean. We had to wait an additional 2 hours before we could check-in (in a check-in that starts already late, from 5pm...). It is a bit ridiculous and appalling that the cleaning price would still be included in my bill given this situation. I would have appreciated a nice gesture from the hosts end, which did not really happen. Finally, especially for these situations, and given that I can imagine mostly tourists stay in the accommodation, it would be nice to also send a translation in English to the guests.
