Positive: Was a lovely apartment, a little out the way but that was fine as we had a car and it was nice and quiet

Negative: Better lighting needed on balcony for night time. Trying to get hold of someone to get the code to collect keys from box after hours was hard work. Noone would answer the phone for ages. So instructions needed before arrival, especially after a very long flight.
