Ankommen und sich wohlfühlen in unserer komfortablen und gemütlichen Ferienwohnung auf dem Heissenhof. Unser Hof ist ein Mutterkuhbetrieb. Zur Landwirtschaft gehören noch zwei Halflinger und 1 Lewitzerpony auf denen gerne Ihre Kinder erste Reitversuche unternehmen können. Außerdem gehören noch vier Hasen, drei Katzen und zwei Laufenten zum Hof. Sie bekommen bei uns hofeigene Produkte, unser Bauerngarten mit Kräuter- Schnecke lädt Sie ein um frische Kräuter oder z.B. Tomaten zu ernten. Hier finden Sie Ruhe und Erholung, eine gemütliche Atmosphäre, fernab vom Alltagsstress. Der Heissenhof liegt ruhig in einer kleinen Ortschaft mit direktem Blick zur Kampenwand. Zum Chiemsee sind es ca. 5 km. Schöne Rad-, Wander- und Bergtouren vom Hof aus möglich.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock unseres Hauses. In zwei separaten Schlafzimmern, mit angenehmen Farben und natürlichen Materialien, kommen Sie entspannt zur Ruhe. Beide Schlafzimmer sind mit Parkettböden ausgestattet. Ein Schlafzimmer hat direkten Zugang zum Balkon, auf dem Sie morgens den Sonnenaufgang genießen können. Die Wohnküche verfügt über eine Essecke, Schlafcouch, TV und Internetanschluß, sowie eine komplett mit Spülmaschine ausgestattete Küchenzeile. Bett- und Tischwäsche, Handtücher sowie Kinderausstattung sind natürlich inbegriffen. Für Ihr Wohlbefinden erwartet Sie ein neues Bad mit begehbarer Dusche. Ruhen Sie sich aus, im Garten mit gemütlichem Sitzplatz und Grillmöglichkeit, von dort aus haben Sie und Ihre lieben Kleinen im Blick, die sich auf dem Kinderspielplatz mit großem Trampolin, Tretfahrzeugen, Tischtennis und Kicker austoben können.
