Summary: Property is next to train station and above several bars and restaurants. There is a lot of noise at night between the trains and people and cigarette smoke if you open the windows. However, if you can deal with that the place is clean and not bad for the price. One other negative was communication: we didn't receive check in instructions until getting 2 hours before check in despite multiple messages and phone calls. Then the check in instructions weren't accurate (incorrect instructions about lock box and keys).
