Positive: It was a nice condo, updated and happy to have the ability do my own laundry inside of our place. Things seemed clean for the most part, the area outside was very clean. The kids liked the pool and used it a good bit.
Negative: The steps were dreadful. A elevator is necessary. No way to get your luggage up and down to the 3rd floor easily. The walk to the beach is pretty but very very long and steps as well. You can’t use a wagon if you wanted to. Our ocean view on balcony was very slight and you can’t even hear the ocean. We hardly sat on the balcony bc of that and also the sun beat on our balcony so it was hot and blinding. Blinds need to be added. Overall it wasn’t hateful we made the best of our trip was it’s overly priced for this area. Had I known how far the walk would be I would’ve rented a house that showed me the actual walk to the beach. The pictures were deceiving on the “short walk”
