This is a two level, 1700 ' home that has a master bedroom that sleeps two, as well as an open loft that can sleep four. There is a large deck overlooking Owasco Lake with a path to a seasonal dock access. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are spacious. There is cable TV as well as wireless internet access provided. There is a large split duct air conditioner for the house. There is a large washer and dryer for personal use. There is a full bathroom on the first level and a half bathroom in the loft. A propane grill is available, as well as a lakeside fire pit. There are plenty of private parking spaces. Summary: My daughter and I enjoyed an amazing weekend at this beautiful cottage on the water. It is so convenient to the shops in Skaneateles and restaurants in Auburn. The cottage was immaculate and spacious. It was homey and a relaxing place for a weekend respite. Mike and Karen are terrific hosts.
