Sitting proudly in the heart of Potts Point, our apartment is located in the iconic art deco building 'West End'. Perfectly situated for deluxe inner city living, you are steps from some of the best cafes, bars and restaurants in Sydney. A short walk (15 minutes) to the city CBD and only one stop via train, our fully renovated apartment is perfect for your inner-city Sydney escape!
We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible!
Our apartment is located in the epicenter of fashionable Potts Point, which has been likened to New Yorkโs SoHo. This vibrant suburb is alive with cool restaurants, cafes, bars, hip boutiques, creative bookshops and galleries. Potts Point is within walking distance of the CBD, Sydney Harbour, The Opera House, The Botanic Gardens and many other fine art galleries and museums.
You are only a 10 minute walk to the Sydney CBD, 10 minutes to Oxford Street by walk and 300 metres from Kings Cross Station. If you cannot be bothered with public transport, Ubers are frequent as you are in the heart of Sydney!
HOUSE RULES:

ADDITIONAL RULES:
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*In compliance with the Short Term Rental Accommodation (STRA) legislation, we will require a Guest Agreement to be signed upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Auth form to address potential damages during your stay.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is TWO people. If you would like to have day visitors, please reach out to us first for approval.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
