Summary: The house was well set up to accommodate our two families with a total of 4 adults and 4 kids between 5-9. The house is full of hospitality as the kitchen is well stocked, ample house amenities, lots of games for adults and kids, great speakers/sounds system, easy to navigate TV and great AC. The bonus room also had a door - which, while we didnโ€™t need the sleeper sofa, was a great feature if we did decide to have someone sleep in that room. Joe was incredibly helpful and responsive during our stay. Lastly, the house is in a prime location easily walk to the beach, which was never crowded- even during the July 4th holiday. We would love to stay here again.
