Positive: When I needed information, the response time was on point and very helpful. The place is very spacious for a group of 10 people, we had enough room for all of us. The bunk beds are perfect for the guys who would rather not share the bed with someone, and it's perfect for 4 people in that room with the 2 bunk beds. The private rooms are great for couples or wanting to share a bed with each other. 3 private rooms great for 6 people, 2 in each room. This trip was an incentive for my staff to enjoy the time away from work and create a mutual interest for a winter sport they wanted to try and experience. The location is perfect and we will be back.
Negative: The wifi kept lagging, which made our night watching a movie take much longer since we had to wait until it loaded properly. Then again, watching a movie isn't that important to have when you have great people around you to entertain each other.
