Positive: The island is a typical local one, we felt like we were the only tourist almost the whole stay... that was amazing for us, as we were looking for a quiet place to stay and simply disconnect from the business of our work life. The place is located on quiet side of the island, just by the shore on the sunrise side. We could not here the power plant or any disturbing noise. The staff was really super helpful. They greated us at the boat arrival, took our luggage to the room, and gave us some guidance. We took tha half board option once at place, and were not disappointed by the cook (from Bangladesh) who was preparing our breakfast and dinner on demand... always attentive to our requests. It was delicious. We spent most of our time at the bikini beach which has several sun chairs and nice coconut trees providing some shade. Bring your snorkeling stuff and just enjoy the beautiful water and multiple fishes... it was simply amazing to swim there everyday. Just be cautious of the sea state and current, watch out the tide.
Negative: Not really much to say about the host or the place itself. But the surroundings and the island could be cleaner. While waiting for the sunrise, we could see locals throwing their garbage into the sea... and I'm not talking about left overs but packaging, boxes, plastic... disgusting people. This is everywhere like that in the maldives... and that's really the main disappointment.
