Upon request we welcome small, quiet, well behaved dogs under 12kg.
Saltwater swimming pool located on our side of the property with an adjoining gate/fence for guests enjoyment.

The Broadwater/ Village shopping at Paradise Point are pet friendly and dogs are required to be on a lead.
The space
Our boutique guesthouse is private, modern yet cozy for 2 adults. Beautiful breezes. Smart TV in the lounge area with free Netflix plus Stan, free wifi available. A wall mounted smart tv in the bedroom with free Netflix plus Stan.
A 6kw inverter reverse cycle air conditioning. Quiet ceiling fan.
Big kitchenette, well equipped & filled with all your essential needs that will make you feel right at home. Electrical cooking equipment such as an electric induction cooker, large and small electric frying pans, rice cooker, toastie maker in the cupboards.
Coffee percolator with great quality percolated ground coffee's in the cupboards. New coffee bean grinder plus coffee beans. Large selection of teas.
If you require anything during your stay please advise prior to arrival or while you are here. The area is fully fenced so your pooch can’t get out unless they are Houdini. The pool is new and guests are welcome to use the pool as it is located on our side of the property with a pool fence/gate for guest access. Please note the pool will be shared with us from time to time.

The entire guesthouse is yours to enjoy. You have your own gate.
Very wide street for street parking so please park at the front of our house only as we have a long front street frontage.
We are in and out through the day but always available should you require anything.
The guesthouse is seperate to our house and is fully fenced off.
The property is fully secure with sensor lights for the evenings.
You have your own key lock box.
Please note no swimming after 8pm.

You have a key lock box for you to self check in and check out.
You have your own washing machine and clothes line at the back of the guesthouse. Washing detergents are under the kitchen sink.
The bin is to the right as you exit the guesthouse behind the wooden gate.
Our local beaches are all pet friendly with very long walkways along the Broadwater as seen in the photos. Our local cafes are mostly pet friendly also.
