Newer 3 bedroom cottage with spectacular unobstructed lake views. Located on the lower half of LaCasa Resort & Marina on beautiful Lake Okanagan. Tastefully decorated with quality furnishings throughout.
The space:
3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are located on the upper main floor. One with queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds. On the lower floor there is a bedroom with a queen bed and lake views. Fully equipped kitchen with large island with seating for 6. Outdoor dining/lounge area has seating for 6 and high end BBQ. Both upper deck and lower concrete patio have incredible unobstructed lake views.
Guest access:
Check yourself in with the bluetooth lock box containing keys. A security camera is located at the front exterior of the property overlooking driveway and entry.
Guests will not have access to garage. Driveway has space for two vehicles.
Things to do at LaCasa:
Enjoy the 2 outdoor swimming pools, 3 hot tubs and private beach with aqua park and marina. The resort also offers mini golf, volleyball, kids playground, tennis & pickleball courts, restaurant, convenience/liquor store, atv and hiking trails, fire pits near beach and covered picnic area.
Note: pools, hot tubs and aqua park are opened seasonally May 1 through Canadian Thanksgiving.
LaCasa is located in beautiful Fintry, Kelowna. Visit Fintry Provincial Park and historical site just minutes away and enjoy the waterfall and hiking trails.
LaCasa is a 30 minute drive from downtown Kelowna where you will find many wineries, boutiques and restaurants to enjoy.
Skiing within 45 minute drive (Winter).
Many quality golf courses to enjoy all within a 30 minute to 1 hr drive.
